Organizational Structure

Divisions

Two core manufacturing divisions — each with dedicated engineering, tooling, and production capacity — operating under unified quality management in Los Angeles.

Rigid Case Systems

Rigid case manufacturing — the company’s original discipline, rooted in trunk and case production since 1918. Today this division produces aluminum, steel, rotomolded, and thermoformed enclosures for defense, aerospace, medical, and industrial applications.

Capabilities include TIG/MIG welding, CNC routing, rotational molding, thermoforming, custom foam fabrication, hardware integration, and MIL-STD-810 environmental qualification.

Textile and Soft Goods

Engineered fabric systems built on industrial sewing, RF welding, and ultrasonic bonding platforms. This division produces soft cases, bags, covers, pouches, containment systems, and textile components from Cordura, ballistic nylon, Kevlar-blend textiles, and coated technical fabrics.

Full pattern engineering and digital grading capability allows rapid scaling from single prototype through production volumes without tooling investment.

Hybrid Integration

Hybrid integration combines rigid structural elements with textile interfaces, cushioning systems, and modular inserts into unified transport solutions. This capability draws on the tooling and expertise of both divisions to produce assemblies requiring multi-discipline manufacturing.

Applications include weapon systems with soft outer carriers and rigid interior frames, medical kits combining hard-shell exteriors with sewn organizer inserts, and electronics transport cases with integrated textile cable management.

One Source. Full Capability.

Rigid, textile, and hybrid solutions from a single manufacturer. Unified quality standards, streamlined communication, one point of contact.
